Learn a simple and effective yoga, breath and sound meditation technique and receive diet & lifestyle guidance to help you stay balanced.

The course is held over 2 weekend mornings at my beautiful home retreat in Kyogle.  You will learn a simple and effective yoga, breath and sound meditation routine and receive Ayurvedic diet & lifestyle advice to help keep your mind and body happy.  I’ll also make us a delicious vegetarian lunch for us to share each day.

Course Fee: $150 / $50 concession  (fee includes lunch)

Conditions: You must attend both days and be free of recreational drugs for at least 3 weeks.
