ABOUT THE COURSE

The course is held over 2 weekend mornings at my beautiful home retreat in Kyogle. You will learn a simple and effective yoga, breath and sound meditation routine and receive Ayurvedic diet & lifestyle advice to help keep your mind and body happy. I’ll also make us a delicious vegetarian lunch for us to share each day.
