I've been consulting and teaching Ayurvedic nutrition and cooking since 2011 and over this time, I have designed a successful Ayurvedic program that makes it nearly impossible for you to fail at having optimum digestion and reach your ideal weight with the Nourish & Thrive Program.

Ayurveda teaches not all foods are suitable for every body’s body. Knowing your body type is essential to finding the right foods to eat. According to Ayurvedic science, the cause of many of our health problems starts with eating the wrong foods for your constitution which impacts your digestion. Poorly digested foods as well as the inability to digest and process thoughts and emotions, creates toxins.These toxins accumulate, affecting natural functioning of your mind and body.
The key to restoring health is to balance your digestion and de-stress your mind and I do this with the Nourish & Thrive Program.
STEP 1: Know Your Body Type (So you know what foods to eat.)
An Ayurvedic Consultation is the first step to understanding your unique body type and state of digestion so I can advise the best foods for you. I will do a deep dive into your health with an extensive assessment and provide you with a list of foods to avoid and favour and recipes to get you started.
During the consultation we will discuss your goals and blockers and craft a plan for you to reach that goal with the Nourish & Thrive Program. This plan is designed specifically for your constitution and imbalances.
STEP 2: Learn About Ayurvedic Nutrition & Cooking Techniques
You’ll get access to training videos with knowledge sheets so you learn about your digestion and understand how Ayurvedic nutrition and cooking works. As you put into practice the diet and lifestyle routines you’ll notice and your digestion and energy levels will improve in the first few weeks. By the end of the six weeks you will be feeling great! I will be with you all the way, guiding you how to do everything in your program and adjust meal plans as we go.
STEP 3: Fine Tuning & Staying On Track
I will help you fine tune your diet and teach you how to make your favourite meals easier to digest, and when life makes it hard to eat according to the plan, I give you great tips to integrate into your routine to help you stay on track.

I'm an award-winning songwriter, professional musician, teacher and Ayurvedic Practitioner.
After suffering a breakdown from alcoholism, I transformed my life through music, yoga and Ayurveda. It was in India where my true musical heart was inspired with the healing sounds, exotic instruments and classical ragas that touched me so deeply, I recorded a range of albums for yoga and meditation.
While in India, I also discovered the healing science of Ayurveda and later studied with Dr. S. Ajit, AIAS. This set me on the path to healing myself of chronic fatigue, chronic pain, anxiety and depression.
I've recorded ten albums under my brand Cafe Mantra, authored my first Ayurvedic cookbook and teach harmonium, chanting and Indian classical singing.
I travel Australia and abroad to yoga festivals, yoga retreats and conscious music events to share the sound of spirit and the sacred science of mantra and Ayurveda. When I'm not travelling, I teach and consult at my home in West Haven, Mid North Coast NSW.
I've been sober since 2003 and grateful for this beautiful life!
